Year 12 Camp & Progress Reports

Starting Year 12 off by riding the wave of fun, challenge and reflection.

Heathdale flower

Last week, our marvellous Year 12s headed down to Camp Wilkin in Anglesea for a few days of fun, challenge and reflection. A perfect way to begin their journey together into their last year of school. Amongst the adventures on offer was a chance to learn to surf, and Mr Lamprecht dutifully sacrificed his time to catch some waves. What a trooper! A range of visitors and speakers gave our students plenty of food for thought in terms of their own life and goals. There was also ample time to deepen relationships with one another and key staff, a critical part of the process of encouraging and supporting one another through their last year of school. A big thank you to all the staff who attended and put the camp together, especially Mr Fritz Neethling, our Year 12 coordinator, who oversaw the planning and preparation.

Progress Reports & Parent-Teacher Nights

Please note that our Term 1 interim reports will be sent home with students at the end of the second last week of term. Information on how to book parent-teacher conversations will be included in that report. Our Parent-Teacher Conversations will take place online via Teams on Thursday, April 22 and Tuesday, April 27.

But you don’t need to wait for a report to find out about your child’s progress! Ensure that you have signed up for parent account in Canvas and get immediate access to your child’s assessments as they become available. For more information, go to ‘Resources for Students and Parents’ in the Parent area of our website.
