Heathdale Christian College is an independent, multi-denominational Christian school located in the West of Melbourne. We have two campuses in Werribee and Melton, which currently serves more than 2300 students and they still continue to grow. Director of Student Wellbeing
The Position
Heathdale Christian College is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Student Wellbeing to lead the holistic wellbeing strategy across both the Werribee and Melton campuses. This pivotal role will oversee the integration and effectiveness of student wellbeing programs ensuring a cohesive approach to supporting the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of students. The Director of Student Wellbeing will work collaboratively with the Learning Enhancement, Student Welfare, and Health teams, ensuring all initiatives align with the College’s mission and Christian ethos.
Reporting directly to the Executive Principal, the Director of Student Wellbeing will play a key role in driving transformational change within the College, developing and implementing strategies to support staff and student wellbeing. This role requires leadership at the executive level, with a focus on data-driven initiatives, the rollout of wellbeing programs, and the development of a unified approach to wellbeing across the school community.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to Christian principles, extensive experience in educational leadership, and a deep understanding of student wellbeing practices and policies. Exceptional organisational skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to inspire and develop staff will be key to success in this role.

Learning Enhancement Coordinator (Melton)
The Position
Heathdale Christian College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Enhancement Coordinator to join the Melton campus. This is a key leadership position that will guide the Learning Enhancement team to support and extend student learning, with a focus on providing expertise to teaching staff and fostering a Christ-centered, supportive educational environment.
Reporting to the Director of Student Wellbeing, the Learning Enhancement Coordinator will lead a team consisting of Learning Enhancement teachers and Learning Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning programs, including literacy and numeracy support and extension. This role is integral to the Student Wellbeing Team and will work collaboratively with the Student Welfare Coordinator and College Nurse to address the holistic needs of students.
The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to Christian values, demonstrate leadership in educational support programs, and possess excellent organisational skills. With experience in managing educational support programs, they will contribute to the development and empowerment of staff, creating a positive and Christ-centered team culture.
