Join Our Community at Heathdale
Choosing a school for your child is a significant decision, and we're here to walk alongside you in that process.
At Heathdale Christian College, we believe that children thrive when educators and families work together with shared purpose. Our enrolment process is designed to help you get to know our College and understand our approach to Christian education, so that you can make a confident decision for your family.
Whilst we are passionate and committed to our Christian foundation, we welcome applications from all families who believe our approach to education aligns with their values.
Our Enrolment Process
We have detailed each step of our enrolments process for you below.
Step 1: Visit our College
We encourage all families to begin by experiencing Heathdale in person. You can do this by booking a School Tour, or attending an Open Day.
This allows you to:
- See our students, classrooms and facilities in action on a normal school day
- Get a genuine feel for our community
- Ask our staff questions that you may have
Step 2: Submit an Enrolment Application
After your visit, you'll receive access to our online Enrolment Application form.
To complete your application, you'll need to:
- Provide all supporting documents in the application
- Pay a non-refundable application fee payment of $110 per child.
Step 3: Enrolment Interview
In the year prior to entry, our Enrolments Team will contact selected families for an Enrolment Interview. This is subject to the availability of places.
The interview is:
- A relaxed conversation with a member of school leadership
- An opportunity to get to know your child and family
- A chance for you to ask any questions you have
Step 4: Offer of Enrolment
Families who are successful in the interview process will receive an Offer of Enrolment.
To accept your child's place, a non-refundable Acceptance Fee is required:
- $500 (for Primary)
- $1000 (for Secondary)
We'll then guide you through the next steps as your prepare to join our community.
