Gracious God,
As we reach the middle of the school year, we want to remember and give thanks for all the blessings you have gifted us with so far. For all the new things students have experienced and learned, the friendships they have built and the fun they have had through the various school activities this year, we are thankful. We are also thankful for the upcoming holiday break and the chance to rest.
We pray that over the holiday time, both students and staff can find time to rest and recover, to take a break and enjoy time doing things that have nothing to do with school. For those who are traveling, we ask that you keep them safe. For those that are visiting family or friends, we pray those times will be full of encouragement and laughter.
We ask that this time of rest will renew our energy for the rest of the year, and that we can all come back from our holidays refreshed and renewed.
