Heavenly Father,
We thank You for being the One we can always come to. You are a great God and a wonderful Friend to us. We thank You for the gift of friendship, for making us for connection and relationship with You and with others.
We ask that You help all those who are either new to the College or feeling disconnected from others. God, bring along new friends and friendship groups, and work through us. Provide us with the courage and heart to offer friendship to others, to reach out to those we notice who are not as connected. May we reflect Your heart of inclusion and openness towards all. Show each of us how we can be better friends to others, and encouragers who model Your heart.
Lord, we thank You, knowing we will look back on this year and see how You have answered our prayers, knitting us into new groups and friendships that have grown and supported us.
