In the Primary School, we are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our first ever Year 4 Camp, which was an unforgettable experience for all involved. The excitement and enjoyment of the children were evident throughout the entire program, as they bonded with each other, built stronger teams, and tackled new challenges together.
Being outdoors and close to the beach was a wonderful change of scenery for the children, and they loved every moment of it. Some of the activities on offer included a climbing wall, archery, low ropes, bush cooking and many other opportunities for positive social interactions, all of which allowed the children to grow and develop in different ways.
The climbing wall was a hit with the children. Many of them had never attempted anything like this before, but with the encouragement of their peers, they were able to overcome their fears and reach new heights. All the activities were fantastic team-building opportunities that required the children to try something new.
Beyond the physical challenges, the camp also included time for devotions. The children were able to build deeper connections with each other and learn more about themselves and the Christian faith.
Overall, the Year 4 Camp was a huge success, and we are grateful for the opportunity to offer such a unique and enriching experience to our students. We look forward to continuing to provide opportunities like this in the future, as we believe that they are an important part of a well-rounded education that prepares children for success both inside and outside of the classroom.
