On the last week of term, our Little Lives Fundraiser will be happening with proceeds going to support Rehoboth Children’s Home in the Philippines. Heathdale has a long association with Rehoboth including regular senior Secondary overseas trips to the Philippines and yearly fundraising to help Rehoboth continue their ministry to vulnerable children and families.
This year will look a little different but the same goal of learning to care for others and bless those in need will be at the heart of what we do. The opportunity to join in the Little Lives Fundraiser will be presented to students through a series of assemblies, guest speakers, videos and homeroom sessions.
Students will be able to donate online but will be encourage not to do so without their parents’ permission and will be given a reminder not to give any details online without a conversation with mum or dad first.
Little Lives week will run from 14-18 September, 2020. Tune in for the radio show that will broadcast live on Teams and take a stand for Little Lives!
