We’ve enjoyed a positive start to Term Four, with students arriving back at school refreshed and energised- even those who enjoyed the two-week China Trip. Having enjoyed a busy itinerary that took in Beijing, Mongolia, Xi’an, the desert and Shanghai, the students and staff have much to share and we look forward to sharing their experiences in Assembly on Wednesday, November 6.
Year 12 Farewell
Next week sees the Class of 2019 complete their final classes and be farewelled by the College community. As a group, they have conducted themselves with great maturity and presented the community with an outstanding, Christ-like example. We pray they enjoy the Lord’s blessing as they conclude their studies and move onwards.
Please join us if you can as we farewell them next Tuesday, when they will be presented to the community and exchange gifts with our Prep students at 1:45 in the MS Courtyard and then for their final Assembly in the Werribee Baptist Church. On Wednesday, they will enjoy breakfast cooked by the Staff and a day of celebration, followed by the Valedictory Dinner on Thursday, October 24.
Year 11 Exams & Early Start
The Year 11 Examinations commence next Friday, October 25. While these exams are (obviously) based on the Year 11 coursework, they are structured to mirror as closely as possible the official VCE examination conditions, and therefore form an important part of their preparation for Year 12.
Then, on Wednesday, November 6, Early Start commences and they will begin their Year 12 courses.
