Building Foundations for Future Adventures

Getting outdoors was a great way for our Melton students to learn the basics of camping on our Outdoor Ed Camp.

We are thrilled to share the great news of our students' triumphant completion of an unforgettable Outdoor Education camp! Our young adventurers have embraced the beauty of nature, conquered challenges, and formed lifelong memories and friendships from what has been shared in the stories post camp.

Throughout the camp, our resilient students courageously pushed their limits, embracing thrilling endeavours such as setting up camp, cooking on Trangia and preparing their own meals, including the clean-up process, and creating a great camp atmosphere.

After leading the camp along with other staff, we couldn't be prouder of the growth we witnessed in each student. They showed remarkable resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to step out of their comfort zones, which has undoubtedly laid a strong foundation for their future outdoor endeavours.

We look forward to witnessing the positive impact this experience will have on their academic, personal, and social journeys.

Thanks to all who have supported the camps success and preparation along the way.
