Year 2 students blasted off into an special evening of space-themed fun at our Space Night!
The event was a huge success, with students fully immersed in a galaxy of exciting and engaging activities. From crafting their very own moon rocks and decorating delicious planet cookies, to designing imaginative space comics and exploring a sensory room filled with slime, lights and hands on exploration. The excitement truly was out of this world!
A sweet highlight of the night was the chocolate fondue station, which was definitely a crowd favourite! Outside, students danced under the stars at the space disco, complete with bubbles and upbeat music, bringing an extra spark to the night. To wind down, students enjoyed watching a space-themed movie, Ice Age - Collision Course, with snacks, wrapping up the evening with smiles and unforgettable memories.

It was truly a night to remember, a cosmic celebration to end their unit of learning on Space that the Year 2 students won’t be forgetting anytime soon!
