A Prayer for Stamina

As we enter Term 3, join us as we pray for stamina for our students, staff and families.

“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all.” (2 Thessalonians 3:16 NLT)

Heavenly Father,

We thank you that you are working in our lives and in the life of our school. We acknowledge that you know all our struggles and weaknesses and yet you still choose to care for us and love us. Father, we ask that your merciful hand would continue to be over our school community. We ask that Term 3 will be filled with your presence of joy, peace, love and hope.

Bless the families in our community as the term unfolds. We thank you for the many blessings that will come from this season and ask that you walk with us as we face challenges that this term may bring, from sickness to fatigue, the weather, workload, commitments, and change. We pray for students and staff alike, that your hand will provide them with the strength they need to complete their tasks and to find a healthy purpose in all that they do.

As you Lord have started to work in us, we ask that you continue to journey with us until the day Jesus returns. Amen.

“And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.” (Philippians 1:6 NLT)
