Our Melton campus is a growing Christian school community where students are known, supported and encouraged to develop their unique God-given potential. Offering a complete learning journey from Prep to Year 12, we partner with families to nurture each child's learning, character and faith, in an environment where they feel a genuine sense of belonging.

At Heathdale, our Christian faith is not separate from learning. It shapes our approach to teaching and learning, how students grow and relate to others, and how we help them understand the world around them.

This is seen in the way students care for one another, in our student-teacher interactions, and the conversations that shape school life here at Heathdale.

The learning journey at our Melton campus has been designed as a journey that unfolds over time — with each stage intentionally building on the one before it.

Primary Years
In the early years of Primary, students develop strong foundations in literacy and numeracy, while learning what it means to be part of a supportive, Christ-centred community. As they grow, they are increasingly encouraged to take ownership of their learning, explore their interests, and develop confidence in who they are.

Secondary Years
As students move into Secondary, they continue to grow in independence, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose. During the senior Secondary years, students are guided towards VCE pathways that reflect their strengths and interests, preparing them for further study, work and life beyond school. Across every stage, our approach remains consistent — with a focus on supporting each student’s growth academically, personally and spiritually

There is no better way to get a feel for a school community, than visiting during a school day. We have an Open Day coming up at our Melton campus on Tuesday 18 August, and we also run school tours most Tuesdays at our Melton campus, during the school term.
