The Principal is the Chief Executive Officer responsible to the College Board for the proper operation and conduct of the College as a whole.
The Principal is a non-voting Board member, responsible for Board policy development and implementation, strategic planning, staffing, enrolments and supervision of staff performance and operation.
The Business Manager is a non-voting Board member, responsible to the Board through the Principal.
The Business Manager is responsible for the financial dimension of the College and for supervising non-teaching staff.
The Assistant Principals are responsible to the Principal for the smooth day-to-day running of the College and for the educational outcomes.
Teachers on staff at Heathdale Christian College have all the required academic qualifications and hold current and appropriate teacher's registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
All teaching and non-teaching staff are committed to the Christian principles of the College.
Committees advise the College Board on finance, planning and development, curriculum, uniform, fund raising and other College related business.
