Students with no Lunch

If a student has forgotten their lunch or has lost it, a basic lunch will be provided.

Prep to Year 4 students are to contact the Junior School Office and Years 5 to 12 students are to go to the Staff Room.

Students will be issued with a canteen voucher to the value of $6.00 to purchase a basic lunch, consisting of a cheese or vegemite sandwich and one piece of fruit. Special dietary requirements will be taken into consideration. The voucher is then redeemed at the canteen.

The Junior School Office or the Staff Room will contact the parents/guardians to advise them that their child has been provided with a basic lunch.

Payment for this basic lunch is to be made at the Main Administration Office the following day and definitely within one (1) week. If payment is not received, the cost will be added to the Family Fee Account.

The use of canteen vouchers should only be an infrequent occurrence. If a student regularly presents with no lunch, then a meeting between the parents/guardians and the relevant Head of School may be required.

Uniform

The wearing of the official school uniform is required for all year levels, including Kindergarten.

The College is committed to a high standard of dress and in the appearance of our students. We require the cooperation and support of our parents/guardians in ensuring that our students dress and behave in a manner that will bring honour to the Lord and credit to themselves, their families and our College.

No variation to the uniform is to be made and students are required to respect the uniform and wear it correctly not only during school hours, but also whilst travelling to and from school each day.

For further information, please download the Whole School Handbook 2014 (PDF) and refer to the Uniform Policy section.
