Heathdale Christian College engages staff that are able to identify with the Christian foundations, ethos and practice of the College. The College has a zero tolerance of child abuse. We have established a series of Policies, Procedures and a Code of Conduct for all employees, volunteers and contractors working with our students. This is aimed to protect children from abuse and embed a culture of child safety in the school environment.

We are seeking a person with appropriate qualifications and experience to support and complement the Business Services Manager in his responsibility for overall financial and administrative functions of the College.
With assistance from the administration and finance team the Finance Manager is responsible to the Business Services Manager for operational administration and financial matters of the College, including the drafting of annual budgets, management of expenditure, financial reporting, fees collection rebates, payroll and payments of accounts.
